Ffion Davies
Responsible Individual & Registered Manager

"I founded Lotus Care in 2020, in the midst's of the pandemic. I have always been passionate about care and making a difference to others lives, advocating for those who are unable to so for themselves. I have worked in care since 2014 and have gained an exceptional amount of experience since. I have previously worked a lot with young adults with multiple conditions as well as providing care services for the elderly and/or vulnerable adults. I have completed all mandatory training, I hold a Level 5 QCF in Leadership and Management in health and social care and I am registered with both Social Care Wales and CIW. As well as this, I have attended additional external training opportunities to expand my knowledge of care. Prior to managing Lotus Care I worked as QCF assessor which gave me a vast understanding of legislation, codes of conduct, and policies and procedures. This has helped me both in my own role, and supporting staff to complete their own health and social care qualifications. I am a very 'hands on' manager and know every service user and staff member personally, ensuring to catch up with them regualrly. I am dedicated to achieving the best possible care for all service users and will ensure that all staff are trained to an exceptional standard. Compassion is key to me; each and every service user that we provide care to, is treated with the utmost dignity and respect."

Pauline Miles

"I have worked in care for over thirty years . I have worked in all aspects of care including domiciliary, residential, nursing mental health on both male and female and rehabilitation units. My passion is care  in the community  especially the elderly. I truly believe it is a privilege to be able to assist our service users to remain in their own homes. I am up to date in all my mandatory training and I am currently working towards level 5, leadership and management in health and social care  . Moving forwards I am hoping to become a manager at Lotus Care and continue to offer the exceptional service that I believe our company gives."
