I initially started in care as a care assistant and worked my way up through senior carer and deputy manager positions to support my career trajectory to care manager. I have a passion for care and want to ensure that the staff we employee practice the same high standards of care that I always have. My aim is that Lotus Care and Support Services will be one of the leading care and support providers in the area; demonstrating quality of care and staff retention."

"I have worked in care since 2014 and have gained an exceptional amount of experience since. I have previously worked a lot with young adults with multiple conditions as well as providing care services for the elderly and/or vulnerable adults. I have completed all mandatory training as well as voluntarily attending external training opportunities to expand my knowledge of care. Most recently, working as a QCF assessor has given me a vast understanding of legislation, codes of conduct, and policies and procedures. I am dedicated to achieving the best possible care for all service users and will ensure that all staff are trained to an exceptional standard. Compassion is key to me; each and every service user that we provide care services to will be treated as an individual."

"I began my career in care over 10 years ago. I have a wealth of experience providing care for people with different needs. This ranges from young adults with complex needs all the way to elderly people during the later stages of their life. I relish the opportunity to provide care and pride myself on providing the highest level of quality care to those most in need. My job role is a mixture of office based and out in the community providing care. I have completed all relevant training and regularly attend courses to bolster my knowledge further. At Lotus Care and Support Services, our aim is to be the leading care provider in our area and provide person centered care to all of our service users."
