Lotus Care and Support Services is a new, dynamic domiciliary care provider based in Torfaen. We provide services to the elderly and/or vulnerable adults within the Torfaen, Newport and Monmouthshire areas; this is inclusive of male and female service users. We provide services such as: personal care & continence care, meal preparation, medication management, mobility support, community visits, respite, overnight sits, domestic / shopping services and wellbeing visits. We provide services through home visits from qualified care staff to service users in the local and surrounding areas as many times a day as required; in line with their assessed needs and risk assessments through social services. We are also available for private arrangements with any potential service users who would benefit from our services; this is fully flexible throughout the day and overnight.
We understand that those caring for elderly and/or vulnerable adults can have other commitments and therefore we are able to provide sitting services and companionship for those who are alone for long periods. We provide take out services for those who require support to appointments or want to maintain community connections. We wish to express how our service users are very important to us, it is a privilege to help them during this stage of their lives and making sure they are receiving the appropriate level of care will be our main priority. Our vision is to provide an inclusive service, ensuring quality of care; to ensure high standards of care are maintained, we have an extensive reviewing and monitoring process in place. All service users are visited by the care manager to gather information regarding their health, care needs, wellbeing and background to then devise a bespoke care and support plan.
